Official Rules:

1. Business must have under 50 employees

2. Business must not have a website that has been updated
within the last six months

3. Business owner must agree to keep custom website for a
minimum of twelve (12) months

4. Transcontinental Marketing Solutions, LLC (TMS) will not purchase
selected companies' domain name; however, TMS will pay for 1 year of
hosting with our web-hosting partner.

5. Incomplete entries will be overlooked

6. Non-winning entries will be notified when membership area is open
and will be granted access to the FREE membership level
